West Midlands school staff invited to research event

School staff are invited to an event focused on exploring research opportunities available to schools across the West Midlands region.

Research in Schools: One Small Step for You, One Great Step for Your School event on 20 November at Wolverhampton Science Park 9.30-15.00.  The event is free, and lunch and refreshments are included.

The event is hosted by the West Midlands Schools Research Network, and all schools from across the West Midlands region are invited. It is for school staff only.

The aim of the event is to:

• explore the ways research can benefit your schools, including pupils, their families, and staff

• share the work that we have done with schools so far 

• present some of the current research projects that we are supporting

• share our plans for the future and the support we can offer

• provide a chance for networking with the staff from other schools, researchers, and school research facilitators
