Welcome to the launch edition of Coastal Connections, the magazine showcasing the best research delivery taking place in the North West Coast.
Professor Enitan Carrol, Clinical Lead, CRN NWC, said "When it comes to research delivery, our region has been developing a reputation for being leaders in digital connectivity, community engagement and primary care. Coastal Connections highlights the work of our colleagues who are tackling the big challenges for research delivery in new and innovative ways. So please read, share with colleagues and send your stories to us. It makes me immensely proud to read about the significant contributions colleagues are making to help ensure our research delivers better health for our communities."
This edition includes a feature called Study Spotlight, that highlights the HARMONIE study (page 14), the STIMULATE-ICP study (page 18) and The ComBAT study (page 20).
