Our annual network event is taking place on Wednesday 30 March 2022 at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Durham.

The event will focus on how research can make a difference to people's lives by reducing health inequalities in our region. We will start with an introduction to how the LCRN supports public health and prevention research, before exploring themes of prevention in public health, primary care and secondary care. The afternoon session has a broad focus on engaging the under-served in research.

Although this event is now sold out, you can follow the link below to join the wait list.

There will be opportunities to ask questions, contribute to the discussion and network with health and care colleagues from across the North East and North Cumbria.

COVID-19 precautions will be taken and we will confirm delegate attendance requirements prior to the event. In the meantime, we would kindly request that all delegates take a lateral flow test in the 24 hours prior to the event.

Parking is free of charge and lunch and refreshments will be provided.
